Certificate Process
Upon successful completion of the course you will be prompted to verify your mailing address. After you verify your mailing address a personalized, watermarked Certificate of Completion from the National Safety Council will be mailed to you. This usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
Bring in or mail the ORIGINAL certificate - copies will NOT be accepted - to the Court at 1250 West 5th Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040.
Remove the bottom portion of the certificate; this portion is for your records. The Certificate of Completion must be received by the Court within 30 days from the Court Date stated on the citation.
