If your state or local court is not listed, you may not be eligible to take an online National Safety Council program. Please contact the appropriate agency to obtain their driver eligibility and defensive driving program requirements. NOTE: Many courts may not be listed but DO accept the Internet-based National Safety Council defensive driving program, DDC-Online. If your court location is NOT listed above and you have confirmed your court’s approval, click on “Purchase Course” and proceed with your course registration. Upon completion of the course, a certificate will be mailed to you for submission to the court.
