A Word from the Court Failure to take this class personally, or directing another to take the class for you may result in revocation of your supervision, forfeiture of your registration fees, and further penalties including additional fines or imprisonment Failure to complete the online Traffic Safety School Defensive Driving Course 30 days prior to the end of your court supervision, as noted in your confirmation letter, will result in a judgment of conviction being entered against your official driving record and forfeiture of all fees. Conviction may result in the suspension of your driving privileges.
Upon successful completion of this course you will receive instructions on how to obtain an official National Safety Council Certificate of Completion. If you have not registered for this course before and you have the Access Code issued to you by McHenry County College TRAFFIC SAFETY SCHOOL, click here for New Student Registration. If you have already registered and created your own Login ID and Password, click on Returning Student. If you have not received a citation but are still interested in taking the National Safety Council's DDC-Online, please contact TRAFFIC SAFETY SCHOOL AT 815-479-7777.Please note if you received a ticket in McHenry County: Failure to complete the online TRAFFIC SAFETY SCHOOL Defensive Driving Course by 30 days prior to the end of your court supervision, as noted in your confirmation letter, will result in a judgment of conviction being entered against your official driving record and forfeiture of all fees.
