Course Description and Schedule

The State Courts Against Road Rage (SCARR) course was developed to educate younger drivers charged with serious motor vehicle violations.

In cooperation with the Massachusetts State Police (MSP), the National Safety Council (NSC) presents this course in one four-hour session.

All classes are taught in English unless otherwise indicated.

To register online, find a course near you and click the Register Online button.

IMPORTANT: You MUST bring a copy of your official RMV driving record to the class. The driving record must be a printed version. Copies uploaded to your cell phone or any other electronic device will NOT be accepted. Failure to bring a printed copy of your driving record to class will result in the refusal of your entry into the class. You will then have to contact National Safety Council at (866) 398-0864 to reschedule your class with an additional rescheduling fee.

You may obtain your driving record by visiting the Registry of Motor Vehicle website at http://www.massrmv.com/rmv/suspend/driving_record.htm.

You can reschedule to a different date or location at no cost up to the day prior to your chosen class date. Rescheduling on or after the start date of your class will require a mandatory, non-refundable rescheduling fee.

Course fee of $90.00 is payable online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted).
